Beauty is a gentle trophy, 

That only few receive, 

And those who don’t heavily grieve,

A trophy that creates jealousy,

And can make swoon all they see,

A circle and three lines

Put everywhere the sun can shine

Left and right, big or small,

Short little houses and buildings tall

We know the symbol, we’ve known it for long

But do we really know its sweet song?

The day starts, 

Hearing the first bell, I am already falling apart.

Enough stress already today, 

So much homework, I think I will decay.

C- on my history test,

Hey, at least I did my best.

My mind goes blank,

This feels like a terrible prank.

I want, I desire,

But within me there is no more fire.

I want to let my thoughts flow from my mind to the screen,

But my creative mind was wiped clean.
