How is the weather on your side of the lake?

I would sit in my tower at the edge of the sea and watch the world go by.

I am in a box and someone is pounding on the outside walls
I am assualted by arrows of lght and sound
I am so, so alone.
My sweater is too warm.
My pants are too stiff.

I watch the inauguration live on TV in my school library. The clouds literally parted in DC right when Lady Gaga started singing. I felt my heart pounding along with the beat of the "President's own Marine Corps band".
