I am currently looking for new music suggestions! I listen to almost anything, so if anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them!

I'm obsessed with Geese right now; their album Getting Killed is blowing up right now, and for good reason. Genuine emotional content while still retaining upbeat energy. It's great.
Cool! I will listen to it!
Noah Kahan!!!! I am more than a bit obsessed - I'm from Vermont and so his music hits a little harder, but it's amazing even if you don't live here. The lyrics are pretty depressing once you listen hard enough, but they're also beautiful and the music itself is absolute perfection :D
My sister has played a couple songs by him, and OH MY GOD, they were AMAZING! I will definitely listen to more!
yay :D always looking for more people to recruit - not many people like his style of folksy pop music, so it's great to introduce people to it!
One of my favorites is Tracy Chapman, especially her 1988 album named after her. She has amazing lyrics, and it's perfect for doing homework. I'm also in agreement with OverTheRainbow; Noah Kahan is amazing!
yayyyy found another one :) i think poets are way more likely to enjoy his music - it sounds a lot like poetry and like attracts like lol! what's ur favorite song by him or by tracy chapman? i'm not a huge fan of her stuff but i think its really powerful nonetheleses
Agreed about the poets! I feel like we care so much about lyrics, and Noah Kahan usually has really good ones. I really like Baby Can I Hold You and If Not Now....
yeah his lyrics are awesome
i've never heard those two but maybe i'll check them out!! my favorite noah songs are Godlight, Growing Sideways, Orange Juice, and Maine but i could probably rant about any of them for hours haha
I started listing to Godlight bc of a poem of yours and now I love it so, so much! So thank you :) I really like Sink, Godlight, and False Confidence
aww I'm so glad I could introduce you :) godlight is one of my favorites and false confidence is too! but I've never actually listened to sink - everyone is always raving about it so I probably should huh
okay i finally listened to Sink and WHAT howwwww did i not get into this one earlier??? also Cynic is a newfound favorite & his new single The Great Divide is so good and i can't wait for the album!!
