Recently I’ve been in such a writing slump, and nothing I write sounds good (or at least to me). Does anyone have any advice on how to get out of this slump???

I have been in a writing slump too! But I literally can't write anything. I recently got an idea for a new 'big story project' as I call them, and that has actually got me writing again. That's my only piece of half-baked advice, so I hope it half-helps!
Read read read. Reading is the best way to get your creative juices flowing. And, you could share some of the writing you don't like on here to get feedback. I often don't like what I've written (like the poem that got published in VTDigger) but others tend to really like it. Those who tend to be least confident in themselves/their writing tend to make the best writing because they are so unsure. Google the Dunning-Krueger Effect.
I like to just write something silly. Writing something stupid that makes me giggle always helps me get into writing again.
Using challenges, prompts, or random word generators helps me
Whenever you can, just write down sentence "scraps" that will drive your new works
I think it's important to not force yourself. If you feel like writing something, and you can't think of the words or the phrases to make it sound nice, just write. It may come out bad or it may come out good, but the result isn't what matters. What matters is that you say what you want to say in the moment. Then that moment of self reflection will dawn upon you after you have finished writing what you wanted to.
Also another important thing to keep in mind just in general: Failure is an important lesson, and going through failure is what actually develops a person to become a writer. It's just that you have to make that choice of whether you want to face your fears or not.
Short story short, just write.
(because you'll come out as a stronger person in the end if you keep going at it)
Thank you, I really needed to hear something like this!
the way I personally get out of slumps like that is going to a place where you could get inspiration (i.e. coffee shop, library/bookstore, record store, etc.) and people-watch! people-watching is my favorite, and its helped me get so many ideas for stories. hope this helped!
