April 9th: The Day Where Everything Changed

I walk into the building, greeting my friends

we talk to one another, and we walk about our weekends

We are called into the theater to begin our class

but when she said we had to sing, i was a bit nervous, but alas.

Me and my partner sang Pink Pony Club, by Chappell Roan

but after class a boy named Oliver asked for my number and my mind was blown.

On april 1st, we had our first call, I was feeling kinda sweaty

but I didn't want to not end the call there, over something that petty.

We chatted and talked, about our likes and Gravity Falls,

But on April 9th, the day where everything changed, it was one of our most special calls.

His brother, wanted to tell me something about Oliver, something interesting,

But he tried to keep him quiet and kept protesting

so I ended the call, so he can tell me what was wrong,

and he said he liked me, and it made my heart feel strong.

And since April 9th, the day where everything changed,

I now have a sweet boyfriend, and i'll be danged!
