Boundaries

The beauty of her boundaries,

Were how easy they’d be found,

She very clearly stated,

how not to let her down,

So if you crossed the first one,

She’d state to you again,

Please don’t go there my darling,

You haven’t ever been.

She loved to see you playing,

So close there to them lied,

And when it started raining,

She’d carry you inside.

But one day when you were risky,

She phrased her rule once more ,

“Please don’t go there my darling-

As you ran right out her door.

So now she sighed and patted,

Herself down with no tears,

She packed her things and left you,

Saying thank you for your years.

  • War

Every story I've ever been told has held a spot in my life,

The goodest of hero's and foulest of foes did share with me the night.

  • Five of Me

I feel sometimes I'm split in two,

And write you when you feel small,

About the days that haunted her,

And those that would come soon.

    She wanted to apologize,

    For wishing on the stars,
