I knew it was wrong. I just knew that there was a solution that the men out there didn’t know about.

You know that thing that eats away at you but you know you can’t tell a single soul? We all have those secrets. We have small secrets, like you knowing who likes your best friend.

The kettle whistled as my aunt slipped an apron over her shiny auburn hair. My mom twirled around the kitchen with my aunt like a pair of seasoned dancers. 

I remember the day Brie came into my mind. One moment everything was fine and the next, my mind was consumed in a raging fire.

        In the morning, John and his friend were wanting to go out on the lake, they woke up early and just got ready. It was about 7 in the morning and they were 15 minutes away from the lake.
