Four arms, one heart

We repeat ourselves, brokenly

Because we do not know how else

To repair our fragile hearts,

Other than through repetition

We hide,

And you hold me until dawn

When we can dive into each other

And emerge soaked in ignorance

We love each other

But are too young to know how

So we repeat ourselves, passionately,

Letting our bodies mold together to heal

Until we are one being

With four pale arms

And one small heart
