I'm not 100% sure where this was going but I am 538% sure that it has not arrived

Being alive is honestly so strange.
Like
I had nothing to do with the beginning of my existence, but here I am, fifteen years later
(what even is a year though, when you think about it).
Sometimes I don't really understand what the point of my being here is
(besides to become worm food, which honestly doesn't sound that bad. I like worms.)
And then I open a certain Google Doc, add a few paragraphs, and think "ah yes this is why I'm here"
(and then that disappears the second I start organizing my room)
(not that I don't like organizing. I love it. It's just a long weird series of thoughts I have like, why bother? I'm going to college soon)
(even though it's two years away).
The thing that keeps me motivated is learning stuff about a war that happened one hundred years ago
(do you have any idea how much miscommunication started WWI? It's actually really impressive.)
It consistently gives me feels.
Is this a rant now? I have no idea what's going on.
Opera is honestly so underrated
Like the music the...
The...
Everything.
(I counted the other day, I think I've seen at least ten operas and I think that's kinda cool.)
As the kids these days might say
(although they don't because opera is underrated)
opera is lit.
I saw a flashlight ad that said "holidays are gonna be lit."
I appreciated the pun.
I also appreciated my ability to bite my lip while playing a saxophone
And to see a stack of tires with a cone on top and legitimately think it was a hippo with a party hat
In Vermont.
I'm not 100% sure where this was going, but I am 538% sure that it has not arrived.
I wish I had a pair of roller skates.
I would wear them all the time.
Then I would have a legitimate reason to say "awwww guess I can't go in" when I see those random no rollerskating signs in malls.
There's a sign in the doctor's office that says unattended children will be given coffee and a free kitten.
I guess no one should unattend me in the doctor's office because I hate coffee and I'm allergic to cats.
I'm also allergic to peanuts.
That made other people's birthdays very difficult in elementary school.
I miss elementary school.
Except for the time someone poured chocolate milk underneath the trash bag in the trash can in our classroom and it went rancid and smelled up the entire hallway and no one could figure out what it was.
But I miss the smell of crayons.
I used some crayons in an art class the other day to make a portrait.
It ended up looking like the person was a wee bit possessed.
Come to think of it there aren't any windows in that classroom
(no idea what that has to do with crayons and a possessed portrait).
"A Room with a View" is such a good movie though.
I watched it twice in three days.
I mean, come on,
Maggie Smith
(and like everyone else).
What this day needs is a nice parting message.
*makes incredibly weird noise*

Adelaide, Winnie, and Suzannah spent the last day of vacation in Adelaide’s yard, where they threw snow at each other (Adelaide accidentally hit Suzannah in the mouth several times) and held a mock funeral for a snowman who had been knocked down in t
