Mallory Swanson

Have you ever heard of Mallory Swanson? Mallory Swanson is a famous womens soccer player. She has been playing soccer since she was 4 years old. She started thanks to the help of her older sister, who she was inspired by. She has won many championships and medals.

 Mallory Swanson was born on April 29, 1998 in Littleton, Colorado. She started playing soccer at the age of four. She started playing, soccer after her romedel. Her older sister Brianna! She contuined playing soccer through out her years. She played for U-14, U-15, U-17, and U-20. (U means under in soccer terms so when I say U-15 I mean under 15.) In 2017 she played for UCLA In 2017 she also met her future husband Dansby Swanson; on a blind date set up by Dansby's former teamate. In 2021 Dansby proposed to Mallory. In December 2022 the had their wedding. Dansby sighned with the Chicago cubs to join with Mallory.

2016 Mallory joined the USWNT for the 2016 Rio Olympics, where she became the youngest player to score a goal for the United States 

2017: In 2017 she play for one semester at UCLA before 
 

2019 FIFA Women's World Cup: Mallory wio the 2019 FIFA women's world com with her team

2022:She married her Husband Dansby Swanson after getting proposed to in 2021

2023 World Cup: She tore a tendon in her left knee while in the 2023 world cup

2024 Paris Olympics: She went to the 2024 PAris olympics and won a gold medal. 

In her early career Mallory started playing soccer at the age of four.  She started playing with Real Colorado. When she was twelve she attended her first training camp with her U-14 girls’ team. Only 5 years later when she was 17 she joined the USWNT. That made her the youngest player on the team since 2002. Throughout her career she played for the Washing Spirit, Sky Blue FC, Chicago Red Stars, and USWNT.  

Mallory was a gold medalist at the FIFA Women's World Cup Champion. She also scored the only goal for the U.S in the 2024 Paris olympics giving them the gold medal. In 2014 she won Olympic gold medal against Brazil. She won Bronze at the 2013 CONCACAF  (A tournament ) U-17. And won Gold at the 2015 CONCACAF U-20. She has won many others in her career. 

Mallory Swanson is a famous soccer player. She has won many championships and medals. She will continue playing soccer until she is around 30-33.  She is and was an amazing soccer player and, in my eyes, the best women soccer player in the world. Considering in 2024 she caried her team in the olimpics that just make me like her more.
