A winding trail.
A gentle breeze.
Flowers bloom.
My smile blossoms.
A hike into the unknown
is just what I need
to clear my head
and heal my heart.
I'll climb and climb
until I can think of nothing
save the pounding of boots
on a hard dirt trail
and the beauty of the forest
that surrounds me
and swallows all.

About me
About how I feel
Being a teenager
In 2025
Distance
Rain
Endless nights
With no end in sight
I’ve been told I’m not worth it
Am I really going to listen to the words of
Monsters who can’t see that I’m a human
Sometimes
I wake up
And I just can’t
I can’t get up
I can’t go to school
I can’t go get my meds
Why?
Because sometimes
It’s too much
Accepting this world
Is just too much
And I just can’t
