Stir Fry

Sizzle! The hot oil pops like firecrackers in the night when the vegetables hit the hot pan. Stir fry is the most perfect dish humankind has ever made. As I drop the chicken in the mix letting it meet its neighbors, the fragrance of chili oil and garlic fills the room. I pop the lid off the soy sauce bottle adding a few more splashes of it, making the flavors come together like a pretty melody. Now I must add the key ingredient that makes this dish, the noodles. Noodles have been around for 4000 years and are still one of the number one foods. I release the noodles into boiling water as rapid bubbles pop. When the noodles are ready to be added to the dish, I drop them on the plate along with the other ingredients and mix them all together. The smell fills the room, letting me know that the final product, the world’s best stir fry is ready to be eaten.
