You act like it is so easy for you to forget me

Like it is so easy for you to move on

Like it is so easy to pretend we never happened 

So why is it not easy for me?

Why is it so hard for me to forget you?

I keep everything i have left of you

I still look at our pictures together

We looked so happy

I still have your sweatshirt

It still smells like you

I still have the stuffed animals

I found myself in the things I love

In the music I listen to

In the books I read

In the posters on my walls 

I found myself 

In my favorite drink

In going to the beach

In writing poetry
