Daddy gave me a tulip
I tripped and fell
I cried
My knee was the flames at our campsite
The firetrucks that whine when somebody needs help
I don’t like that color
Daddy gave me a tulip
It’s pretty
It’s mommy’s dress before we have dinner
It’s the strawberries that taste like candy
But it’s the same color
I don’t understand
Daddy gave me a tulip
I tripped and fell
I cried
My knee was the flames at our campsite
The firetrucks that whine when somebody needs help
I don’t like that color
Daddy gave me a tulip
It’s pretty
It’s mommy’s dress before we have dinner
It’s the strawberries that taste like candy
But it’s the same color
I don’t understand
