Okay so you've got some beef with me it seems.

Well, get to it-

Stop wasting all of our time so you can give me those

words that I can punch out of your mouth for real this time.

Not punch because

Health is

Running through cool rain

Eating whatever you please

Drinking juice like nectar

Sleeping in “too late”

Accepting your big body

Taking mental health breaks

Finding your peace

Mr. Kennedy,

For the love of all that is good

Understand that I am no disease

Calm the dogs you send after us

Kindness is the only way

You are the least qualified

Of all the people for the job

If kindness requires true intelligence, and intelligence is necessary for progress, striving for kindness would make progress inevitable.
