Camp Feelings
I’m at a seminar, for leadership.
Here, kids are like me: perfectionists, great students, excelling, afraid of not being enough.

as you hold hands awkwardly
though enjoying it
as you experience feelings that I've never experienced before.

Retract and hide
I've recently found myself back in my shell
Pretending to be someone I'm not
And I think I know why.
I've pulled back from people
Only interacting with animals and strangers online
