The club

As I wander my school's cafeteria
Whispers zing around me like rubber bands bouncing off the walls
A new club at our school
Rumors fly around like flies to honey

So I work up courage
And go meet them in the library
After school

I soon learn
That it's a club devoted to music
Harmony and talent
Notes flow out of the instruments like butterflies
And where everyone is always welcome
It's where I belong.
