almost to the edge.

I wish 
I were like 
my neighbors roses. 

Dappled by the sunrise 
in hues of 
pink, orange, yellow 
and red. 

Blooming beautifully, 
for everyone to see. 

I wanted to find the meaning of life,
so I wrote a poem. 

I wanted to find the meaning of life, 
so I lived as a hermit by the sea. 

I wanted to find the meaning of life, 
so I killed a man. 

Life is such a bore, 
like a never ending chore. 

Life is such a bore 
like an always closing door. 

Life os such a bore, 
like a long and dulling tour. 

The Egyptain Woman stands tall. 
                 Jewles on her throat 
                 and jewels in her hands. 

It's a waste of time, 
I say, as I walk to the door.
