I took a walk
through my neighborhood

just like any other walk,
but I noticed so many things.

The plum blossoms in shades of
white and pink were blooming

in the trees along the sidewalk.

Springtime has arrived,

cherry blossoms bloom wildly,

trees are green again.

I sighed as I set my car in park and opened the doors. I sat on the edge of my car seat for a while pondering what my life had become. But I had no other choice. Time for another day of work.
