You lied to me like it wouldn't flood
Everything that we had built
Those nights you held me close
Like nothing could ever bring us down.
But the water is filling my lungs,
so what should I say now?
that I will back away?
you'll chain me with your words
until you get your say
and shoot your shot with her
because you have a chance,
and I'll stick to my side,
On misty moons, I wander free,
Escaping life's cacophony,
The world's too loud—a fading sound,
As nature's peace enfolds me round.

You know that's the name of a song right?
Yes I do know that. Thanks for pointing it out though.
You're welcome. I love the song! Also the drawing, keep up the good work.
Thank you! :)
