Has anyone else read The War that Saved My Life? I really loved that one and would recommend it.

YES! I think I listened to the audio-book in like third grade and have re-listened a bunch since then (for some reason I don't believe I have ever read the physical book lol). I don't think the book gets enough attention, its still one of my favorite books and I think it's one of the only historical fiction books I've even truly enjoyed if I'm being honest.
YES IT'S SO GOOD! The sequel is also great if you want to read it. It isn't as good as the first one though. Have you read One For the Murphy's? I thought they were very similar.
I have read the sequel liked it a lot! I also really enjoyed One for the Murphy’s. I think you would like Greetings from Witness Protection, it’s also about a foster kid but is a bit different in the way she comes into the family’s lives. Definitely worth a read if your interested.
