hi everyone! I am organizing a creative writing Contest in my school but I'm struggling to create a prompt. I would like to create 2 prompts based around current events (indirectly, as my school wouldn't allow political) and other prompts giving more scope for fictional "fun" sort of writing kids would understand. if y'all could please send some prompt ideas it would mean a lot. love yall

I think it could be really fun if you had a prompt that was like writing a classic and magical fairy tale!

you could do something like the ywp hope & resilience challenge! or what does, like, democracy or freedom or america mean to you!
What is magic to you, in your eyes, what does it do? - great prompt i haven't been able to use
For the fun one you could provide a couple random words that they have to use in poetry or prose.
