Pound the pork until thin and tender.

Coat the pork in floury splendour.

Engulf the pork in an egg mixture as they do in Speyer(Spai-ur).

Encrust the pork in breadcrumbs creating a lightly fortified layer.

Fry the pork in oil sizzling at 330 degrees Fahrenheit.

Crisped to a golden brown delight.
