Well, the word boost means like to lift someone up. To me that means that I  cheer someone up. I cheered up my sister at school. She was crying because our best friend moved away to poultney.

Before the performance, the stage is set: a giant 6-foot tall ramp specifically designed for the group, with two wheelchairs stacked atop each other like orbs. The background is dark, with dozens of stars and comets.

On Wednesday, October 30th, I had the pleasure of seeing a performance of Kinetic Light: Descent at the Flynn Center for Performing Arts. The show is choreographed and danced solely by Alice Sheppard and Laurel Lawson.

Perfect Day

It was raining.
My feet were getting wet, slowly at first, but that type of thing always accelrates in the most annoying, unnoticable way.

I feel alive when I can feel the wind blowing through my hair. When I can hear the birds chirping and the streams running. I feel alive when I see all the leaves changing color around me, a way of nature telling us that winter is on its way.
