The willows
I long for that warm feeling,
but not in the form I already know.
I am well versed in its song,
full of unspoken lyrics
I know by heart,
the words are engraved in my head.
I long for the song of the Willow Tree, -
The Little Things I Favor
I love the feeling of a rainy day,
when the air is frigid,
and everything feels gloomy.
I love sitting next to the bay,
listening to the waves crash against the shore,
as I read in the cool shade, on the sand. -
Nonsense?
If the stars could guide me
away from this sea,
I would follow them gratefully.
I would use the sky as a map.
Not worrying if it's a trap,
The stars are my guide, after all.
And they will not fall -
Yule
On this day,
the sun's rays
set earlier
as darkness
engulfs the land.
The stars' light
glimmers off the
wintery sand.
This year, the New Moon
is on its way
and only two days away,
from the return of the sun. -
Time
Time is something we all want more of,
something we can never get our hands on.
Time is something I want more of.
Something I cannot grasp.
Lately time has passed by quicker,
a minute is a second,
an hour is a minute, -
Hecate
At midnight,
when everything is vast asleep,
shadows and creatures lurk about,
hidden crossroads appear,
out of thin air.
Underneath the pale moonlight,
no human dares venture
into the shadow filled woods.

Falling Words
We reach for the sunlight,
as it
leaves us shadows
of the mountains
in the meadows.
We look for
the milkweed,
-
In the season of change...
Autumn is upon us, the season of change!
Soon the trees shall burn,
and the colors echo in the hearts of the valley.
And the river, endless winding thing,
is slowly turning icy cold.

As The Days Grow Shorter
As The Days Grow Shorter
As days grow shorter and the world grows still,
Autumn's magic works its tranquil skill
A season of reflection, change, and grace,
-
nothing but an A
I got my first grade today
it was a 37/40
I was disappointed in myself
I should've gotten 40/40
I got my second grade today
I got a 95/100
what is wrong with me?
