Time
Time is something we all want more of,
something we can never get our hands on.
Time is something I want more of.
Something I cannot grasp.
Lately time has passed by quicker,
a minute is a second,
an hour is a minute, -
Hecate
At midnight,
when everything is vast asleep,
shadows and creatures lurk about,
hidden crossroads appear,
out of thin air.
Underneath the pale moonlight,
no human dares venture
into the shadow filled woods. -
The Goddess of The Hunt
She watches the land,
watching the animals,
as they scurry around.
She waits for her prey,
hunting is her speciality,
her arrows never miss,
each one striking its
target perfectly.
She has no fear, -
The Sun, The Moon, & The Stars.
What would the Moon be without the Sun?
The Moon is the yin to the Sun's yang, afterall.
What would The Stars do, if they didn't have to wait until the Sun sets to shine? -
Selene
Late at night,
the owls sing.
With no light,
there's no king
to rule over
the sleeping land.
The moon goddess
watches the land.
High in the
sky, she watches.
Quiet as a
mouse, she is. -
Hourglass
At dusk,
the birds quiet,
and the trees
still, like statues,
stars appear through
the clouds like
little pieces of
silver confetti.
The moon rises,
casting its light
onto the
Loves

The Harvest Moon
As the days fade from September and into October
so the leaves fade from the trees
which is to say
sometimes tearing away with a gust of wind
other times trickling away slowly
like a faucet that never stops completely -
In the Autumn
Everything begins again.Over and over, the seasons come and go,
however, the canopy of leaves strikes more beautiful
in the Autumn.
And the best feeling
is a cozy one,
