I feel this so deeply. The idea that someone’s died, like you’re grieving. The want to make a difference, but not knowing how to. It’s so hard. But keep your head up. We got this. We’ll get through this. And sooner or later, whatever’s left, we’ll rebuild. We’ll make it stronger, more inclusive, safer. <3
Honestly, I really struggle with finding writing time but I can often do it directly before bed, though it does have to be on a physical piece of paper because the bluelight or whatever actually does keep me awake. I also end up doing a lot of that during the summer and on breaks from school.
If you can I would suggest keeping a notebook with you at all times so that if an idea strikes you can write it down and have it for later. Hope this helps:)
