Dave is a seventh grader who is not very good at time management. For most of Dave’s papers, he waits until the last minute to write them. As a result Dave gets worried because he has a lot of other work to do. Dave always finishes his papers on time, but finishing his papers last minute gives him little time to study for anything else, like tests and math homework. Dave realizes this, but chooses to spend his time having fun with his buddies, playing games. As his work load piles up, he becomes overwhelmed. 

The way Dave tries to lift this burden is by having early deadlines for himself so that he has more time for other projects. As Dave tries this new method of time management, he finds he has more time for other projects and is not stressed out. Hopefully, this makes his middle school journey easier.
