Enchiladas

This is a recipe my mom and I use. It is very good and I totally recommend it. First, you boil the chicken in saltwater or seasoned water. Next, make the enchilada sauce for the top of the enchiladas. You can buy some or make it. To make it, you need sour cream, chillies, and water. You mix that all into a bowl and pour on top when enchiladas are cooked. You can dip your tortillas in chicken broth if you want or you can leave it plain. I leave them plain. Then you put the meat, chicken, beef, cheese, and onions in the tortilla. Roll them up in a burrito way and lay them in a casserole style dish. Put them in the oven at 325° for 30 minutes and when done, pour the enchilada sauce on top of the enchiladas.
