Guessing the way

One time I was with my friend, Henry, and we were in his car heading towards his house to have a sleepover. He told me to guess which way we go to get to his home. For example, when we came to a fork in the road, he would ask which way we should go.

Now keep in mind I had no idea where we were, and I had never been this way before. We were still pretty close to my house, probably only a 30-minute drive, but I didn’t remember ever going this way. But by guessing and using random logic like, "I choose right two times in a row, so time to use left now,"  I guessed every single turn to his house, and then guessed his house, too. That felt weird because I had never been this lucky. I don’t remember ever guessing this randomly and somehow getting everything right! There were lots of turns too! It seemed fated that I could think randomly and arrive there.
