The justice part of the American justice system has left the building.

You should absolutely not be able to convict someone of a crime and have them suffer zero consequences.

No jail time.

No parole.

Footprints of tourists painting the sand,

The cries of the ocean berating the land.

Chappell Roan and milestones,

Informing the world we aren’t fighting alone.

Ten teenagers talking til the old year gives way,

It’s late August, and Mom packs us all up in the minivan and we set off for the beautiful, scenic drive to Alexanders Wild Blueberry Farm. For me, this is one of my favorite days of summer.
