I don’t know if I’m pretty enough for this world, 

I’ve got scars from every adventure I’ve ever had. 

I’ve got acne and spots no matter what I do and what I eat. 

It all began with a dare. It was a hot summer day. I practically dragged myself from the school bus back to my house, convinced I’d die of heatstroke.

Everyone likes

Vanilla ice cream

But chocolate 

Is better

So they take chocolate

And the vanilla ice cream

Just sits there

And melts

Until it's just a puddle

People used to tell me

hollow and raw,
