Popcorn

i was late for school because i ignored my alarm 

i ignored my alarm because i stayed up late 

i stayed up late because i pretended i did not have homework 

    He was an obnoxiously smooth driver.

I hate the way he talks

But his voice sends me to laughter

I hate his hair

And yet when he runs his hands

Through it

I get butterflies

I hate the way he is everywhere

But I look for him
