That's really cool! I don't know much about self publishing, I think it's easiest on Amazon and Kindle. I don't know more than that, but if you intend to put your writing on Amazon you should do so quickly to avoid the crash of AI generated books. You can get more money on Kindle than on Amazon, if you're going for profit.
If you want to set up a poetry book, maybe set up each poem in chapters based on their meanings? You can also just put whatever poems you want anywhere, you don't need to make the formatting fancy.
