Love

I hope to love

I hope to love so thoroughly 

So constantly 

So deeply

When I was six I longed to be twenty five

My mother had all these rules

All I wanted was to leave my home

To live on my own

To stay up late

Self confidence diminished

By one word

Inappropriate

I guess it's shameful to wear a top

That makes you happy

That fills your heart with love

Once a month when the pain sears

The pain we feel that brings us to tears

When we wake up to a special surprise

When we want to go to sleep, to close our eyes

Why is this OK?

Why?

Why is there so much inequality

In a world with supposed perfect society?

Why is it that in this world
