My Love Poem
If I could paint the sky in the hues of colors I feel when I look at you,
The sky would no longer be just one color.
If I could write in words how much I love you,

I felt pretty today,
Like the glimmering sun.
I felt happy today,
Like nothing else mattered.

Dear YWP,
The first time I wrote you a letter I was 13.

I'm 18 now; how time flies, my lovely people.

It is 4 in the morning and I am alone.
I sit my sadness on the willow tree.
And the Earth is covered in a thousand shards of heaven;
Like a kaleidoscope, rainbows fall through the trees. -
