JAMES: A wrestler, very calm and collected, except out on the mat in the spotlight. 

SHADOW: A strictly rule-following entity, always carrying a large book, gets flustered easily 

What is democracy to you?

Is it a flag of red, white, and blue waving in the air on the back of your pickup truck while complaining to the administrators that immigrants are "infiltrating" your kid's school?

I write to relate,

and to speak my truth.

I write to prove I know pain,

and to see that others do too.

I write to be heard.

When the world becomes a deaf frustration,

the iphone, the apps, the friends, the clothes
