This is so relatable...I am always reading like 16 books at the same time, all scattered around the house, dog-eared like crazy. Seriously, can't we just read faster!!!
In addition to the first series, there's also the Kane Chronicles, the Heroes of Olympus series, the Trials of Apollo series, the Son and the Star standalone, the Magnus Chase series, and a few more standalones I can't remember the exact names of. Anyway, they're all by Rick Riordan and all are tied to gods of several different cultures (some of them have crossovers!), and you should read all of them if you like his work!
I love that series so much! I actually read the third one first because I didn't know which one was the first, but they're all great and the plot isn't unreachable if you accidentally do what I did.
"Scaling" is this week's featured poem on vtdigger.org, up now in their Life & Culture section! Check it out! vtdigger.org/life-culture
Thats so cool! I started a new challenge of 1,000 words in a month (something more manageable).
Thank you!
Thanks!
Ooo ty!

If you like memoirs that have LITERALLY EVERYTHING you described, you must read Taste by Stanley Tucci (author of cookbooks such as the Tucci Table.)
