I don't know if it's a memoir but Diary of a Young Girl is a classic and amazing. Super tragic though. Also Popular: Vintage Wisdom for a Modern Geek is good but maybe a little younger than what you're looking for (I think I first read it when I was about 10-12) I'm Glad my Mom Died is super good but has pretty sensitive topics so I recommend reading the trigger warnings.
Keeper for the win!! I plan on reading the Sky Fall series (when I'm not reading 300000 books at the same time...) I have to finish twilight first. MUST READ FASTER
The Mighty Heart of Sunny St. James is really cute and good for summer

Layer upon gorgeous layer-- field, forest, mountain, and sky.
your refrain and evolution of "let me be a child" touches deep-- this is truly powerful
My favorite memoir is actually a graphic novel, which is pretty unusual. It's called Gender Queer, and it's a really amazing story.
Better Than the Movies by Lynn Painter is really fun.

My #1 recommendation: Aru Shah

It's sad how relatable this is. Very powerful and well-written.
