The Insignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus by Dusti Bowling is a good one. There is a sequel but I haven’t read it yet.

I tried, but they never turned out well, probably because I like using hot glue a lot which doesn't really work in miniature!
Love it! The pattern especially. My mom makes her own miniature scenes too. Did you ever try adding in little props or people?
