I would recommend reading Scythe. I'm only on the second book of the series, but it's really good so far.

Totally! Although the eighth Harry Potter (the play one) was definitely a drop in quality compared to the first seven. The fifth and sixth are my favorite! (...RIP Dumbledore...)

I loved Aru Shah (and Percy Jackson)! I learned so much about Hindu mythology through it, and Greek and Roman through Percy Jackson. If you liked those two, try Magnus Chase (Norse mythology)!

I really loved rereading the Keeper of the Lost Cities series and Harry Potter (one of my longtime faves) over break. I also liked writing some of my own stories!
