I relate to this a lot; I also started college, and have been spending less time being creative and more glued to my phone than I would like. I think part of it is natural. The older I get the more uncertain my life feels. I'm approaching it by taking small steps like trying to write once a week or do 3 things on my to-do list over winter break. Maybe that will help :)
