All the time and then it feels like I wasn't actually the one to write it which makes me feel even worse

I had a substitute teacher give me a zero on an assignments in 7th grade because she said that there was absolutely no way that a 7th grader could've written it! I was devastated until the regular teacher came back and gave me full points.
Omg I've had kids at school ask if I've used AI too! It's so irritating that we are taught to write in a specific way and then get punished for it.
