Brilliant. "he had a face like that falling sensation that jolts you awake when you're trying to fall asleep." I think this might be one of my favorite descriptions of a face I've ever read.

aw that's so nice! i used to celebrate both christmas and hanukkah because some of my mom's family is catholic but now we always travel for the holidays so we don't really celebrate either :/ but it's definitely nice to go to my town's tree lighting/get presents for my friends!

Kind of generic, but Frozen was one of the many themes of my childhood - I had a small obsession over it, but not to the Halloween costume level. Also Olaf Presents and a couple of other Pixar shorts, including For the Birds and the short with the guy who gets abducted by aliens (I forgot what it was called).
