This had me smiling from ear to ear. Fresh take on superlatives, and filled with so much whimsy. "Most likely to // Spot // Fairies near brooks" was my favorite line!

I love this perspective!

I adore the first line to this! I find it so creative that you compared our democracy to a house of cards.

This poem captured my attention immediately just by the first line. So so beautiful!

Hey! My advice is look into what other countries media is producing. Google translate some of the articles but look into what they're posting and writing about the US. Compare that to what American news is releasing. The outside perspective is great to have on hand when dealing with stuff like this. Great idea by the way, documenting things are extremely important. I recommend keeping a physical copy also so that its harder to lose.

Hi! So while this piece is really depressing that's mainly because I'm in a bit of a depressive episode right now (it's the last day before my spring break, it happens lol). But there are ways to prevent global warming and climate change, and it is entirely possible that everything will be okay. Most likely actually everything will be okay. Some ways to save both our planet and humanity is sustainability (donating clothes or buying secondhand, the same with furniture and local businesses, gardens etc etc), and donating to the Founders Pledge Climate Change Fund or the Giving Green Fund or any fund that helps prevent things like this. It's also great to do protests and activism and that kinda thing. Doing more research on your own is also great. Remember, no matter how depressing poetry may be, there is always hope woven into the words! Love y'all and have a good day folks!
